It’s Burns Night on 25th January when we celebrate the birthday and the life and poetry of the famous Robert Burns.
Robert Burns, also known familiarly as Rabbie Burns, was a famous Scottish poet and lyricist who lived in the mid to late 1700s. He is widely regarded as the national poet of Scotland and is celebrated, worldwide, on the anniversary of his birthday on the 25th January each year.
