Welcome to the Walk in York!

This lovely one bedroom, first floor apartment is now available to book by friends and family for a very reasonable “mates rates” fee of £80 per night. All you’ll need is your toothbrush and PJs and a change of clothing and you’re ready to rock! (Bedding and towels provided).

Sadly, pets are not allowed on the premises.

Situated a 2-minute walk from York Railway Station, and with a secure car parking space included on the site, the apartment will comfortably sleep up to 4 guests (sofa bed in lounge).

A leisurely walk from the flat will bring you to many of the city’s great attractions, pubs, bars and restaurants. (click on this)

It’s very easy to walk into the centre of York. Some of the highlights include: the City Walls (2-minute walk to the Micklegate entrance), the Ouse Bridge (5 to 7 minutes walk), the famous Shambles and Jorvik Viking Centre (10-minute walk) and the beautiful York Minster (15 to 20-minute walk). The York Racecourse is outside of the city centre walls, and so is a 20-minute walk down one road in the opposite direction from the Mickelgate Bar.

The property address is in The Walk, Holgate Road, York Y024 4EL. Please use YO24 4AJ for the car park entrance which is on Lowther Terrace (close to the block of flats)

If you are arriving on foot, you can access the property through the entrance security gate half way along Lowther Terrace YO24 4AJ which is located very close to the car park entrance gate. A key code or a key fob allows access.
